Our firm's approach to residential design is to identify the Client's needs and specific requirements from an aesthetic, personal and functional perspective. We respond with creative and innovative design solutions specific to the Client's unique tastes and lifestyle.
Each residential assignment is a truly individual undertaking and the objective is to marry the essence of the Client's lifestyle with the character and features of the property and the architecture of the home.
A timeless, well considered response to the opportunities and constraints offered by the site; exploration of the interface between the exterior and interior spaces of the home; and utmost, the family's enjoyment of these spaces, will be the driving factor within our design.

PRESIDENT, BCIN
Paul Scarafile is the founder and President of ArchuCAD Design Inc. a design firm based out of Brampton, Ontario.
Paul has worked with many Architectural firms and Custom Home Builders throughout the GTA. He has also worked on international projects in Dortmund, Germany and Belize, Central America with a Landscape Architectural firm.
Paul's driving force is his passion for residential design and new technology. The poster on the wall of his office reads:

When Paul is not working he likes to spend time with his wife and 3 children....if they are home. He has his Provincial B license for coaching soccer and has coached on and off since 1983.
